When you complete the course, you'll need to pass both your Corofy proctored School Final Exam and the New York State Real Estate Exam, choose a sponsoring broker, and apply for your New York Real Estate Salesperson License. Once you receive approval on your Real Estate Salesperson Application, you'll be able to begin working as a real estate agent,
