Which types of past criminal activity must I disclose to the DOS?

You must disclose the following criminal activity to the New York DOS as part of your Real Estate Salesperson License application:

1) If you have ever been convicted of a crime that is a misdemeanor or felony.

2) If you have any criminal charges (misdemeanor or felonies) pending.

3) If you ever had a license revoked, suspended, or denied.
