Can I use my law degree credits towards the NY 77-hour Real Estate Pre-license course?

​The New York Department of State will not allow you to use law school credits in place of the 77-hour Real Estate Pre-Licensing course. However, if you a licensed attorney that is admitted to the NYS Bar, the DOS will waive your course requirement.
