Can I use my college credits towards the NY 77-hour Real Estate Pre-license course?

The DOS will waive the 77-hour pre-license course requirement if you hold a Bachelor's Degree with a major or concentration in real estate. You must submit a request for a waiver to the DOS, as well as official transcripts from your university.
