What exams do I need to pass to get my NY real estate license?

There are two exams you must pass in order to apply for your New York Real Estate Salespersons license. You must pass your school's proctored final exam after completing the NY 77-hour Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course. You must also pass the NY State Real Estate Licensing Exam. Both exams must be passed with a score of 70% or better.
