How do I reinstate my NY real estate license if it has been revoked?

​If your New York real estate license has been revoked, you will not be eligible to be reinstate your license for at least one year. After one year has passed, you must retake the New York State Real Estate Exam, submit a new Real Estate Salesperson License Application, and pay the $65 license application fee.
