What are the continuing education requirements to renew my NY real estate license?

To renew your New York real estate license, you must complete 22.5-hours of continuing education for each 2-year renewal period. Your continuing educaiton must include 3 hours of fair housing and at least 1 hour of law of agency. If you are renewing your NY real estate license for the first time, you must complete 2 hours of law of agency.
