How does my sponsoring broker authorize my application through eAccessNY?

For your New York Real Estate Salesperson License Application to be approved, your sponsoring broker will have to authorize your application: To do this, they will need to log into their own eAccessNY account and click on "List of Licenses". Under "Functions", click on "Authorize Initial Salesperson License" and choose "Accept" next to the salesperson's name. An "Authorize Initial License - Summary" page will then appear and the salesperson will then receive their NY Real Estate Salesperson License Card by mail.
