What do I do after I find a sponsoring broker?

After you’ve chosen a sponsoring broker, you will need to:

1) Pass your New York State Real Estate Exam if you haven’t already done so.

2) Apply for your New York Real Estate Salesperson license.

3) Have your sponsoring broker approve your application and officially get your new career in real estate started!
